This report aims to allow the comparison of salaries, remunerations and the distribution of positions between genders in companies. This is in compliance with current legislation, including Law No. 14,611/2023, Decree No. 11,795/2023 and Ordinance No. 3,714/2023. The information presented in this report is also available on the official website of the Ministry of Labor and Employment, in accordance with the General Law on the Protection of Personal Data (LGPD).
Fast continues its commitment to gender equality. Since the last report published, new measures have been implemented to ensure pay equity between men and women. Data from September 2024 indicate significant progress: the median salary for women is equivalent to 99.8% of the median salary for men, representing a significant improvement in gender parity.
Additionally, Fast has implemented several initiatives to increase diversity.
