Fast has developed a multiphase pump specifically for generating microbubbles. These microbubbles are the essential part for the dissolved air flotation system to occur. The equipment is manufactured with noble material, being that both the rotor and stator are made of stainless steel. 

Through partial recirculation of the treated fluid with nucleation, cavitation, drag and adhesion mechanisms, it promotes the separation between solid and liquid, resulting in efficient removal of suspended solids and precipitates (colloids/particles), in addition to a significant reduction in BOD, COD, O&G (oils and greases), phosphorus and other parameters. The microbubble pump designed by Fast has high efficiency, with a greater number of microbubbles, thus resulting in an excellent dissolved air flotation system.
