The Fast tridecanter centrifuge is the only high-performance centrifuge on the national market. It is the most suitable equipment for separating three phases of different specific weights, generally solid, oil and liquid.
 
Performing continuous, uninterrupted and fully controlled work through a control panel equipped with a modern HMI and PLC, the tridecanter centrifuge is highly efficient in separating mixtures and recovering processed substances for reuse. It is widely used in dehydrating sludge, separating oils or recovering processed substances.
 
With a team of specialized technicians, Fast designs, produces, installs and offers technical assistance for decanters manufactured in its own factory. In addition, Fast also refurbishes and maintains any other brand or model of decanter.

The Fast decanter is the only one on the national market that is fully automated. The equipment's PLC manages the following machine parameters:

  • Feeding pump;
  • Motor and snail rotation;
  • Rotation ratio between the snail and the cylinder;
  • Equalization of the machine's production capacity with the total solids level of the product to be centrifuged from the main motor current, modulating the feed pump frequency inverter;
  • Automatic machine sanitization process;
  • Diagnostics allow faults to be detected in the PLC;
  • Adequate rotation differential between the drum and the auger (conveyor screw) for the product to be processed;
  • Driven by an electric motor controlled by a frequency inverter, attenuating current and voltage peaks at start-up, enabling RPM control and equipment protection against mechanical overloads, in addition to energy savings.
