AUTOMATIC POLYMER PREPARATION SYSTEM
The automatic polymer dosing and preparation system ensures continuous and safe operation of the process. This system is widely used for wastewater treatment and with Fast technology, efficiency is guaranteed.
The Fast automatic polymer preparer is a piece of equipment used to prepare powdered polymers for later application in water treatment, effluent and solids separation systems.
Composed of a rectangular tank subdivided into three individual chambers for dosage and preparation of the polymer, maturation and storage of the flocculant in homogeneous solutions with adjustable concentration from 0.1% to 0.5%. The system dosage consists of a hopper storage of polymer, driven by a gear motor with rotation control for a dosage precise, has a capacitive level sensor for identifying low polymer in the hopper of storage and optimized mixing cup to avoid waste and lumps in the mixing chamber.
The water supply to the system is done through piping with manual flow adjustment, according to the equipment's preparation capacity, manual blocking valve, “y” filter to eliminate solid contaminants coming from the supply line, rotameter to indicate flow, automatic valve that controls the water flow, starting or stopping the solution preparation cycle.
Includes gear motors for agitation with system intelligent drive. All the system and triggered by electrical control panel with solution concentration adjustment, main switch, emergency button, HMI and alarms. The system he can to be manufactured in stainless steel or polypropylene (PP) according to the customer's preference and needs or guidance from the Fast team.
