The Fast EAF centrifugal decanter is a piece of equipment developed specifically for the olive oil extraction market. Designed in conjunction with pioneering mills and research institutes in Brazil, considering the unique characteristics of the fruit to be processed, it is the only high-performance decanter on the national market.

Its technical features and fine adjustments allow it to achieve the highest performance and the best quality standards. Performing continuous, uninterrupted work, fully controlled by a control panel equipped with a modern HMI and PLC, the Fast EAF decanter centrifuge is highly efficient in separating solid parts and extra virgin olive oil.

Differentials

The Fast decanter is the only one on the national market that is fully automated. The equipment's PLC manages the following machine parameters:

  • Feeding pump;
  • Motor and snail rotation;
  • Rotation ratio between the snail and the cylinder;
  • Equalization of the machine's production capacity with the total solids level of the product to be centrifuged from the main motor current, modulating the feed pump frequency inverter;
  • Automatic machine sanitization process;
  • Adequate rotation differential between the drum and the auger (conveyor screw) for the product to be processed;
  • Driven by an electric motor controlled by a frequency inverter, attenuating current and voltage peaks at start-up, enabling RPM control and equipment protection against mechanical overloads, in addition to energy savings.
