Integrity Program

1. Objective

Fast's Integrity Program brings together documents that aim to

guide the behavior and activities of Senior Management, leaders and employees

of the company. It must also be followed by suppliers and other institutions

that have a direct relationship with Fast.

The objective of this program is to reinforce the need and importance of

compliance with the rules set out in the Internal Regulations, in the Code of Ethics,

in applicable laws and regulations. Through it, we demonstrate our

values and our commitment to building ethical relationships and transparent.

3. Definitions

3.1 Code of Ethics

Document that dictates and regulates the rules of conduct that govern the

functioning of a given company and the behavior of its

employees and members.

3.2 Internal Regulations

It is the instrument by which the employer can establish rules (rights

and obligations) to employees who provide services to him.

4. Responsibility

Responsibility for the application, monitoring and supervision of the

Integrity Program is part of the company's Ethics Committee, formed by Queli

Luana Kuhn (HR Supervisor), Claudimir De Barba (Industrial Manager) and Edi

Longo Farina (Owner). The Committee has access to Senior Management to discuss

matters that require some type of approval.

It is the responsibility of all employees, Council

Administrative, Senior Management, Leadership and employees in general, comply with the

Integrity Program guidelines.

5. Application

This procedure applies to all company employees,

suppliers and other institutions that have a direct relationship with Fast.
