Developed to meet the specific needs of the palm oil industry, the Fast fruit digester is a device for heating and macerating palm fruit. Its structure is positioned vertically in a cylindrical shape. Powered by steam, it allows indirect heating of the palm fruit. The flat bottom is protected against wear and is leak-free. The motor and reducer assembly is responsible for driving the agitator blades. The discharge transition has a gate that is controlled by actuation of the pneumatic cylinder. This transition is equipped with a drain that captures the excess crude oil already released from the palm fruit.

The digester, together with the fruit press, facilitates the extraction of oil from the palm fruit, macerating and separating the fiber and palm kernel. This process also reduces losses and increases profits for the extractor.

· Guillotine spout actuation by pneumatic piston and joystick, simplifying operation;

· Equipment designed with galleries that prevent contact between mineral oil and grease with the processed product, eliminating MOSH MOAH;
