All of this was possible thanks to the joint efforts of those who make the company happen: its employees. During the celebratory event at the headquarters in Capinzal, Santa Catarina, the Farina family – founders of Fast – shared emotional moments with the employees present. Edi Farina, the matriarch, recalled the beginning of the journey: “When I think about how it all began, it’s hard to believe what we have become. This was only possible thanks to the team, thanks to you.”
