When it comes to creating an organizational culture that encourages continuous improvement, it is extremely important to develop a space where employees can explore and apply their talents and skills. And here at Fast, this has been one of our priorities.
One of the initiatives is the Talent Program. Using a methodology widely used in innovative organizations, a selection process was opened and the first candidates selected for the program went through all the phases and will now develop their skills, working together with their managers and teams to achieve results that will be evaluated every two years.
The central idea is to value employees and prepare them to take on strategic and leadership roles.
