“The first March 8th was celebrated in the United States 113 years ago. Since then, the corporate world has evolved a lot. We have gone through wars, revolutions, periods of crisis and currently a pandemic. But, on the other hand, we have also had technology, the strength of women in industries growing, specifically in the last decade, at an incredible speed.
We have evolved a lot, but some demands from 113 years ago are still present, as we still mention the fight for rights and the end of gender inequality in the 21st century. The truth is that we are unique, warriors, fighters, we make things happen! We continue to be strong, fighting, making a difference. All my admiration for us who, without losing our charm, are the greatest force in the world. Happy International Women's Day!”
