Social responsibility: 11 young apprentices are hired for 2019

The last few years of the Brazilian market have been marked by turbulence and several moments of uncertainty, yet FAST hired 4 young apprentices in 2018.

In 2019, the responsibility has increased and, given the scenario in which many people want to enter the job market, whether to help with family expenses or to start a career, FAST hired new young apprentices on January 28th. Thus, throughout this year, 11 new employees will be joining the company's staff.

 

The Young Apprentice Program is regulated by the Apprenticeship Law, which states that young people aged 14 to 24 can be hired: those selected receive training at a training institution and at the company, combining theory and practice. In addition, they become socially included through their first job and develop skills for the world of work. With regard to the business aspect, this provides the opportunity to contribute to the training of future professionals in the country, as well as to disseminate the company's values and culture.

 

This year, from January 28th to February 22nd, the young people will undergo training at SENAI and, from February 25th, until mid-December, they will be at the company in the morning, from 8am to 12pm, and at SENAI, in the afternoon.
