This week we launched the Integrity Program, which was presented to employees by HR Supervisor Queli Kuhn. She is a member of the Ethics Committee, along with Edi Farina (Administrative and Financial Director) and Claudimir De Barba (Industrial Manager).
The program aims to encourage employees to adopt ethical conduct in the workplace and, among its topics, is the creation of a communication channel for reporting non-compliance with any item of the Code of Ethics, which was launched at the same time.
In addition to the Code of Ethics, the program also includes the Code of Integrity and the Internal Regulations, a set of essential documents for building valuable relationships and fulfilling our vision.
Learn a little more about each of them:
Integrity Code:
– Presents our values and our commitment to building ethical and transparent relationships.
– It brings together documents that aim to guide the behavior and activities of the company’s board of directors, leaders and employees and must also be followed by suppliers and other institutions that have a direct relationship with Fast.
Internal Regulations:
– Defines the internal rules that govern employment relations between employees and the employer, forming part of the individual employment contract.
– It extends to all employees, without hierarchical distinction, and complements the general principles of rights and duties contained in the Federal Constitution and the Consolidation of Labor Laws.
Code of Ethics:
– Reflects the company’s values.
– It brings together the main guidelines regarding the ethical behavior that we expect from members of senior management, employees, advisors, customers, suppliers and partners who interact with the company.
– It is up to everyone to promote the dissemination and internalization of these principles in the organizational culture.
