How important is HR in the industry in times of pandemic?

We are living in a period of change and uncertainty, which can generate anxiety and stress in the workplace. In order to minimize the impacts, we, HR professionals and everyone who works with personnel management, need to reinvent ourselves and seek to adapt to face this moment without allowing the work environment to be affected in a way that compromises people's well-being and the company's results.
