Here at Fast it’s no different. In September we held a Lean Workshop with employees from the supply and PPC sectors.

“At the Lean Workshop, I realized that we shouldn’t be afraid of problems. We need to expose them and analyze them as opportunities for improvement. The workshop showed us several tools that can be applied in these situations, such as 5W2H, brainstorming, and the Fishbone Diagram. With this mindset, I can improve the sector’s activities and avoid recurring mistakes.”
Contributor Thiago Scapini also shared his impressions:
“The Lean Workshop helped us to look at our day-to-day production process methods with ‘different eyes’. With tools such as 5S and continuous flow, the execution of activities becomes more assertive and standardized. Thus, reducing waste and always seeking continuous improvement by each sector.”
