On July 14, we held a training session with our Purchasing and Tax teams. The theme was “Teamwork and Interpersonal Relationships,” and it took place at the Business Association of Baixo Vale do Rio do Peixe (ACIRP) and was taught by our HR Supervisor, Queli Luana Kuhn.
Naturally, work teams are made up of people with different profiles, skills and limitations. And for a team to achieve good results, it is important to respect these differences and work with cooperation, empathy and focus on the collective goal.
The training addressed this through experiential activities, in which everyone was able to practice the concepts presented and relate them to their daily work routine.
Check out the testimonials from some of the participants:
“The training provided was of great value to the departments. Through practice, it was possible to see the differences between each one and how we can work so that the flow of activities is not affected and the final results are satisfactory for the team. In addition to allowing colleagues to get closer, it was possible to observe the particularities and characteristics of each member and what each one can do to improve and contribute to the work environment.” Carla Daniela Wirth De Villa – Tax Department
“Being able to participate in interpersonal training was very valuable for us employees, as it was possible to apply it immediately in our daily lives. We were able to cultivate harmonious relationships in a professional environment, exchange experiences, learning and develop empathy to understand the value of each individual. The importance that each employee has in the Fast process was highlighted in this training and demonstrated the need for everyone to obtain the final benefit: customer satisfaction. Therefore, it became very beneficial for both professional and personal growth. We recommend that everyone has access to this same knowledge and development. 'No one will be able to work as a team if they do not learn to listen. No one will learn to listen if they do not learn to put themselves in someone else's shoes' (Augusto Cury).” Anatan Ravaneli – Purchasing Department
