In November, in partnership with SENAI, we held a training session on industrial quality. The goal was to improve the knowledge of the Quality team, Managers, Team Leaders and Engineers regarding the use of some quality tools in the factory routine, such as: PDCA Cycle, 5W2H, Pareto Diagrams, Cause and Effect Diagram, Scatter Diagram, Non-Conformity Report and ISO 9001:2015.
In addition to the technical presentation of the content, participants were divided into groups and invited to address process situations for the preparation and development of the A3 Methodology, using the tools presented and explaining the topics raised to others.
More than producing with quality, our commitment is to engage and develop our teams to leverage results through the use of appropriate tools.
Check out the testimony of one of the participants:
“The training allowed us to learn about and understand the tools we use in the company, especially with regard to their applicability in the factory, and it also contributed to our professional development, since the concepts and topics covered are consistent with what we experience in our work.
Furthermore, the training further strengthened our commitment to the activities carried out on a daily basis, reinforcing instructions and procedures that must be observed in the delivery of quality equipment within the intended deadlines.” Mauricio Diniz – Machining.
