Given the accelerated technological evolution in the industrial sector, we consider it important to involve our employees in courses that provide new experiences and knowledge.
Thus, on April 7th and 8th, we held an intern course on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), taught by collaborator Ellison J. de Jesus, who is an expert in Industrial Automation. He presented programmatic content focused on:
– Introduction to industrial automation
– Ladder concepts
– Inputs and outputs
– Hardware Declaration
– Introduction to Tia Portal
– Development of a basic network program
– Declaring variables in DB
– Creation of application in HMI
– Interpretation of BIB-7E4
– Preparation of a structured program using internal standards.
Below you can check out the feedback from two collaborators who were present:
Ellison J. de Jesus: At the dawn of the fourth industrial revolution, it is essential that we train our technical staff in the best possible way. Professionals in the automation area, specifically PLC programmers, are the compass for achieving maximum efficiency from our equipment. I believe that with this training we are taking a small step towards quickly and qualitatively absorbing the great challenges that we will face in future projects.
Diogo Matheus Dupont: I believe it is very important for the company to provide its employees with training that seeks to improve and develop new skills in their areas of expertise. It is an additional incentive for us to continue seeking to perform our role better and better.
