Fast has the only national 100% olive oil extraction system

Considering the consumption of approximately 80 thousand tons of olive oil per year in Brazil, and with 100% of what is consumed being imported from Portugal and Spain, more than 100 producers in Rio Grande do Sul are investing heavily in the cultivation of olive trees to get a drop on the market.
Part of the harvest in Rio Grande do Sul is used to produce olive oil. To ensure extra virgin quality, the oil must be extracted immediately after the fruit is harvested. To this end, Fast has developed its own extraction system and has the only 100% system in the country, which can be operated manually, semi-automatically or fully automatically.
The olives are processed using the innovative Fast Olive Oil Extraction System, which includes the stages of reception, washing, grinding, kneading, extraction and polishing. All equipment is made of polished stainless steel, making the system completely safe and sanitary.
Olive tree planting is still a recent phenomenon in Brazil. The tree needs to grow for six years to develop. The South and Southeast regions are the most suitable, since the species adapts better to cold climates, altitudes and low-moisture soil. The investment is R$10,000 to R$15,000 per hectare and the expected profit is around R$50,000 for every 1,000 liters of olive oil.
