Have you ever stopped to think about how trees are part of our daily lives? At the same time as providing raw materials, such as wood and cellulose, they produce fruits that are essential for human well-being. And we are not just talking about this in the literal sense of the word, but also in terms of their ability to regulate temperature and even reduce noise pollution.
To symbolize this, on September 21st, Tree Day, we carried out an action with the support of the municipality of Capinzal/SC, which provided 400 seedlings of native, fruit-bearing, shade-giving and medicinal tree species to be distributed among our employees.
It is worth noting that, here at Fast, in addition to encouraging environmental preservation through our technologies, we value greenery in every space in our company and in the works we deliver with replanting or plant compensation.
We would like to express our gratitude to the city of Capinzal and we hope that this attitude inspires new tree planters!
