Fast remains committed to streamlining and further improving internal processes. On November 7, it was the turn of employees from the supply, IT, quality and PPC areas to participate in Lean training.
This culture has gradually been implemented in all sectors of Fast, making a difference in the delivery of our services and in the way our employees interact with each other. After all, this is exactly what Lean methodology is all about. It aims to create a work environment that encourages debate among employees to identify areas that need improvement, which can then be resolved as a team.
