Innovation is the act of reinventing processes in order to optimize the use of our natural resources and people's quality of life. We were honored to be hired by SANEPAR, from Toledo/PR, to build a sewage treatment plant from scratch.
We design, manufacture and assemble the ETE with our own state-of-the-art technology, giving life to the first and most modern in Paraná.
The FAST-SEINCO ETE processes an average flow of 100 L/S and a peak flow of 180 L/S, corresponding to a population of over 60,000 inhabitants, returning to the river a treated effluent of excellent quality that meets the required standards. It removes more than 90% of BOD, COD, suspended solids and phosphorus loads, in addition to more than 50% of nitrogen.
The time required for the treatment processes from the entry of raw sewage to the exit of treated sewage takes less than 1 hour, which in an equivalent conventional process would take around 24 hours or more. This difference demonstrates the high capacity of the technology used.
With faster and more efficient treatment, the station reduces energy consumption by up to 50% and the use of chemical products from 20% to 40%, compared to the traditional system.
The Rio Toledo WWTP can operate fully automatically with remote access to collect performance information and execute operations control.
The investment costs for the construction of the FAST-SEINCO ETE are 50% lower than the conventional system. The station meets all the necessary requirements for returning clean water to the river.
The area occupied by the ETE was less than 1,200m², approximately 10% of what a conventional station would occupy, thus reducing the environmental and landscape impact.
With a rapid installation, compared to traditional processes that take 1 year and 6 months, the Toledo station was built by us in a record time of 6 months.
This ETE marks a new milestone in the technological evolution of national and even global water and sewage treatment.
