The impacts caused by the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) have been monitored daily by Fast. Therefore, in order to minimize the chaos and uncertainty of the moment, the company has set up a crisis management team, with the aim of working to minimize losses as much as possible.
As an example of the various actions being developed, there is a focus on preventing COVID-19 among employees and their families, especially those who are part of the risk group. They are being guided and informed about care and the ways in which the virus is transmitted and prevented.
Fast is also looking for alternatives to avoid employees being laid off from the company, making the work routine more flexible through vacations, home office, travel cancellations, etc.
