Fast held the 9th SIPAT – Internal Week for the Prevention of Accidents at Work from June 13 to 17. On the 18th, the work ended with a competition and awards ceremony.
During the SIPAT, a campaign was launched to create the best workplace safety phrase among employees. The winner, with the most creative phrase, was Everton Alves Ferreira: “DON’T UNDERSTAND YOUR SELF-CONFIDENCE, WORK SAFELY” was the winning phrase.
The 6th Fast Gymkhana was also held on Saturday, which included several recreational activities and competitions between teams formed by employees. The winning team of the gymkhana was “OS PARÇA”, composed of Rene Albano, Fabiano Laux, Odinei Fernando da Silva, Luiz Henrique Bazzi and Luiz Francisco Brandalise.
The SIPAT is organized by members of the CIPA – Internal Accident Prevention Committee – and all employees participate in the lectures. The main objective of the SIPAT is to guide and raise awareness among employees about the importance of taking precautions to prevent accidents and illnesses in the workplace.
Fast ends this SIPAT with a flourish, certain that awakening concepts and attitudes focused on prevention in employees prevents several problems related to the health and safety of workers. In addition, moments like this promote team integration, motivating them to remain united and engaged with the company and with day-to-day activities.
