Fast's Young Apprentice Program is an initiative that was implemented in our company in 2018 and, since then, has helped several students to get their first job.
Following the evolution of our company, it offers several growth opportunities for those who are just entering the job market. Those who participate can experience in theory and practice the issues involved in the day-to-day of their chosen profession, allowing them to develop their full potential.
In parallel, program participants receive free training through the Industrial Apprenticeship course, which covers various aspects of the area and is carried out at SENAI units and partner companies.
Working at an institution like Fast, students acquire training to build a career and sign a special contract, with a formal contract and a duration of up to two years.
