The Mato Grande farm, in the municipality of Canguaçu-RS, has installed a Fast Mobile Olive Oil Extraction Unit to process the entire 2017 olive harvest. It combines in a single container the entire system necessary to extract quality olive oil. Fast has the first national 100% system for this purpose and uses cutting-edge technology to improve the process, reduce costs and achieve a high level of quality in the final product.
The unit has an open area and a controlled area, with an electronic security system and an electrical control panel. The system has machinery for the entire extraction process, with a reception hopper, conveyor belt, leaf eliminator, washer, screw conveyor to the mill, mill with electronic security system, mixer, horizontal decanter, oil reception tank, and finally the oil goes to the vertical centrifuge to be polished.
In the middle of the process, several samples of sansa (solid residue/paste) were taken from the horizontal decanter, and polished oil from the vertical centrifuge. After analysis in a laboratory centrifuge, 0% of oil loss was found in the sansa and polished oil with 0% of impurities.
With systems aimed at small and large producers, Fast has two FINAME modalities, one of which is Agricultural, for all olive oil extraction equipment. One of the company's distinguishing features is the two-year warranty against manufacturing defects or faults.
