Static Sieve

The Fast static sieve is a device that uses the filtration principle to retain and separate suspended solids present in raw effluent. It is used in Effluent Treatment Plants (ETEs) as a preliminary treatment unit.

The equipment is designed to have a long useful life, low implementation and maintenance costs and without any electrical energy consumption, since its construction allows filtration through the action of gravity.

THE raw effluent is directed into the equipment and, through the distribution gutter, overflows and comes into contact with the quite filter which allows only the liquid part to pass through. That, in turn, flows into the equipment structure and is discharged through the outlet pipe. You suspended solids are retained on the quite filter and, by its own weight and the inclination of the quite filter, are directed to the discharge edge of the screen, allowing their collection.
