The automation technology developed exclusively by Fast, with the use of individual motors for the drum and screw, allows automatic speed control. An intelligent equipment monitoring system ensures total efficiency in phase separation, absorbing variations in solid loads of processed products in various segments, offering numerous advantages.

Differentials

The Decanter Fast is the only fully automated machine on the national market. The equipment's PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) manages the following machine parameters:

Feeding pump;
Motor and snail rotation;
Rotation ratio between the snail and the cylinder;
Equalization of the machine's production capacity with the total solids level of the product to be centrifuged from the main motor current, modulating the feed pump frequency inverter;
Automatic machine sanitization process;
The diagnosis indicates failures in the PLC;
Adequate rotation differential between the drum and the auger (conveyor screw) for the product to be processed;

Driven by an electric motor controlled by a frequency inverter, attenuating current and voltage peaks at start-up, enabling RPM control and equipment protection against mechanical overloads, in addition to energy savings.
