On September 20, FAST held the graduation ceremony for 12 supervisors and managers who participated in the Leader Coach course. The 6-month program was taught by Marcelo Zenaro at FAST Indústria's headquarters in Capinzal. The course aimed to promote the development of skills for professional practice with self-confidence, good communication and assertiveness.
The graduating students and the company's management were present at the ceremony. On the occasion, the owners of FAST highlighted the importance of this human training and what it has provided in terms of changes in attitudes and firmness in the management of teams. According to them, the return is guaranteed because by investing in people it is possible to improve productivity and motivation.
