The purpose of ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is to develop and promote standards that can be used by all countries in the world. A testament to good practices that help organizations gain a competitive edge. Fast's first certification took place in 2006 and, since then, it has implemented continuous improvement projects that ensure the company's sustainable growth. In 2020, as a result of this, the company grew by around 40%.
With a focus on the effectiveness of meeting delivery deadlines, the recertification audits took place in the last week of January 2021, exceptionally, remotely. A rigorous process assessed the performance and procedures of all sectors that make up Fast: from the first contact, engineering, R&D, manufacturing process, administration to customer satisfaction with the final result.
This process verification aims to ensure the compliance of our Quality Management System and the ability to provide products and services that meet the requested requirements, guaranteeing compliance with the Quality Policy.
